For three years in a row, the Crossroads Elementary School Academic Team has received District titles during the annual District Governor's Competition. On Saturday, March 1st, the team took home the District Runner-Up title, after competing with 4 other schools from Bath, Menifee, and Montgomery counties. The Future Problem Team, consisting of Chynah Thompson, Zack Otis, Angel Stewart, Ryleigh Crouch, and Mallory Brashear (serving as alternate) placed 1st out of the 5 teams participating. Many students on the team placed in individual events as well.

Jenna Cassady - 3rd place Science
Chynah Thompson - 1st place Arts and Humanities
Hunter Bradley - 4th place Language Arts
Angel Stewart - 3rd place Composition
Those students placing, as well as the FPS team will advance on to Regional Competition on March 18th (FPS and Composition) and March 22nd (Written Assesment). Congratulations to the CES Academic Team and best of luck at Regionals!!
