OES After School Music and Art Program Students Presented at the October Board of Education Meeting

OES Students Celebrated World Food Day with BCHS FFA Members and Visiting Dignitaries


OES Safety Patrol Canned Food Drive

OES Safety Patrol Students will be conducting the 2014 Canned Food Drive for the week of:  October 27-31, 2014
Please help us collect nonperishable food items for many families in need within the community.
Send your donation by your OES Student to be given to their teacher.
Items needed include canned vegetables and fruits, pasta, peanut butter and jelly, cereal, rice, beans and/or any non-perishable food item.  Please DO NOT SEND GLASS JARS.
The classroom with the most items collected will receive a reward.

HELP THE STUDENTS OF O.E.S. “CAN DRUGS” ON
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 29TH!
In support of Red Ribbon Week, Wednesday is designated, “CAN DRUGS DAY”. We hope to collect the most Food Drive items on this day. The class with the most items collected on this day will receive a reward.
SCHOOL COLLECTION GOAL IS: 1000 ITEMS


Red Ribbon Week, Oct. 27th-31st

Red Ribbon Week October 26-31st will be our focus week.  Theme “These Paws Don’t Touch Drugs”

  • October 29th we will have our Red Ribbon Assembly at 8:20.

Daily Themes

Monday- Drugs can’t find me  ( camo day)

Tuesday-Love and Peace be Drug Free  ( tie dyed day)

Wednesday- I’m a true Blue Jean-ius,  I’m Drug Free  ( Wear a blue shirt and blue jeans)

Thursday – Red-y to Live Drug Free and Make a Difference  (Red out day,  Wear as much Red as you can)

Friday-Scare Drugs Away ( wear your favorite costume)  No Masks, or anything that resembles a weapon
