Hello everyone! I am beginning my 29th year in education. I have been in both private and public schools for the past 28 years. I taught 5 years at Menifee County High School, 8 years at Lexington Catholic High School and the past 15 years at Bath County High School.
I received my Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics (earning a teaching certificate) from MSU in 1992. I completed my Master's Degree in Secondary Math Education at MSU in 1996. I completed my Rank 1 in Educational Leadership while completing a Director of Pupil Personnel Certification and Instructional Supervisor (Level 1) in 2010. I completed my Principalship Certification in December 2013, and I have my Educational Specialist Degree in Instructional Leadership that was completed in July 2014. I love learning new things!
I am the Math Department Chairperson and an Adjunct Math Instructor through MSU's Early College Program (now named Eagle Scholars Program). I also teach for MSU, occasionally, at the Mt. Sterling Campus.
I am a married mother of 2 wonderful girls. I have a granddaughter and a grandson that I'm over the moon for.
