My name is Rachelle Thompson, and I am blessed in a way that few people are . . . I work for both of my almae matres! I teach English Language Arts and Spanish for Bath County High School (from which I graduated a long time ago) and I teach dual-credit English courses for Morehead State University (from which I received a Bachelor's and Master's degree in English). Go Wildcats! Go Eagles! I am the freshman class sponsor at BCHS. I have one daughter, Chynah, who attends Bath County High School, and my husband, Tim, is maintenance manager for the Bath County Schools. We live in downtown Salt Lick, Kentucky and attend the Salt Lick First Church of God. As you can see, this school district and this area are important to me.
