Concert Payments

Purchasing through PayPal adds a $1 fee per ticket.  All tickets purchased through PayPal will be held at Will Call.  To receive your tickets from Will Call, you will need a copy of the receipt that will be sent to your e-mail.




Tickets can be purchased at each school and at the Board of Education office.  Tickets purchased in advanced by check must be purchased by December 2, 2016.  Tickets purchased at the door must be paid for with cash only, no checks.





* Platinum Sponsor - $2,000.00 donation – will receive 40 concert tickets, 6 “Meet and Greet” passes (if scheduled) and will have premium floor seating closest to the stage



* Gold Sponsor - $1,000.00 donation – will receive 20 concert tickets, 3 “Meet and Greet” passes (if scheduled) and will have premium floor seating behind platinum sponsors





* Silver Sponsor - $500.00 donation – will receive 10 concert tickets, 2 “Meet and Greet” passes (if scheduled) and floor seating





* Bronze Sponsor - $250.00 donation – will receive 5 concert tickets, 1 “Meet and Greet” pass and floor seating





* Red Sponsor - $100.00 donation – will receive 2 concert tickets and floor seating








Sponsor tickets can be purchased by calling the Bath County Board of Education office between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or by contacting any board office employee. Tickets can be mailed once checks have been received or you can pick them up at the door. December 2, 2016 will be the last day that tickets can be mailed. We also have tax deductible forms that we will fill out and send to your company. If you need any other information, please call this office.
